4. Service Disruptions: Sakura-Cars.com is not liable for service disruptions or unavailability caused by acts of nature, system failures, power outages, governmental action, or third-party non-performance.

8. Transit Damages: Sakura-Cars.com is not liable for theft or loss of minor items (carpets, cigarette lighters, stereos, etc.) during vehicle transit..

Fast Deals

Delivery Timeline: Vehicles marked as "Fast Deals" are expected to be delivered to your selected border within 7 working days. Unforeseen delays due to weather, equipment failure, or third-party vendor issues may occur. Sakura-Cars.com is not liable for such delays.

Price Guarantee on Transport and Clearing

If you obtain a better quote for vehicle clearing and transport services after purchase, Sakura-Cars.com will refund the difference, provided:
Vendor Requirements: The quote is from a registered company with 2+ years of operation in clearing and/or transport services.
1. Verification: Sakura-Cars.com can verify the quote's authenticity with the service vendor.
2. Timeline: Quote must be submitted within 7 working days of vehicle delivery.
3. Vehicle Match: Quote is for the same vehicle model delivered to you.
4. Service-Specific: Refunds apply only to the specific service quoted (e.g., clearing only).
5. Processing: Valid claims will be processed within 14 days via telegraphic or electronic bank transfer.
Insurance

Coverage Eligibility
a. Insurance is available only if selected during the order process. Without insurance selection, no claims can be made.
What's Covered:
a. Insurance covers the following at a maximum of 80% of vehicle value:
b. Major accident damages during land or sea transport (only if transport is conducted by Sakura-Cars.com or its partners).
c. Theft or destruction of the vehicle during goods in transit.
What's NOT Covered:
a. Minor interior damages: Cigarette burns, stains, cuts, tears.
b. Minor exterior damages: Scratches, small dents, holes, minor rust.
c. Consumables: Battery, oil, fuel, air conditioning gas, transmission fluid, etc.
d. Low-value vehicles: Vehicles valued below $1,500 USD
e. Minor damage claims: Repairs costing under $300 USD
e. Minor stolen items: Carpets, stereos, cigarette lighters, etc. during transit.
Claim Requirements
a. All claims must be filed by email within 14 days of receiving the vehicle at its final delivery destination.
Certification

Sakura-Cars.com offers optional certification for purchased vehicles. However, customers are solely responsible for understanding their destination country's import regulations.  Sakura-Cars.com is not liable if you cannot bring the vehicle into your country due to missing certification. Please verify certification requirements with your relevant authorities before purchase.
